Years ago, Kayla and I got this matching BFF tattoo. I don't really know what drove us to do this. My best guess is boredom.
Lip tattoos aren't really that painful at all. They will make you extremely uncomfortable as you have to hold your lip down and you start to drool on the person tattooing you. The drooling on random people didn't make Kayla uncomfortable as it is something she does on the regular.
Do you all have any matching tattoos?

DeleteMy tattoo artist won't do lips or feet unless he loves you. And by love I mean he knows you really well because you're a good customer. Not sure if I am that privileged to drool all over him (yet). Someday....someday. No matching tattoos, but I'm not against them.
ReplyDeleteI know tattoo artists who won't do hand or neck tattoos unless they know you well. I've never heard of one not tattooing feet.
DeleteI got a matching tattoo once upon a time and then ended up having a falling out with her. Buuuuutttttt me and my cousin also have matching tats and I would die for that kid and love her to pieces. So I say just make sure its someone that you plan on having around for a loooooong while. Allyssa, I would get matching tats with you....*boop* NENE style!

ReplyDeleteThey don't fade so much as the ink actually falls out. However, I have had this one for 5 years and it is still in good condition.
