I.O.U.

Mindy and I got space phones this week. They are all fancy with their touch screen and apps. We had been living in the dark ages with no internet access on our phones.

Since I had a new phone, I decided to edit my contact list.

I've mentioned Nathan before.  A month or so back our relationship came to an end. He told our coworker, Jess, that she could be his work girlfriend. This was completely unacceptable as he and I had a work "relationship" for almost 4 years.

In my old phone Nathan was listed as "My Boo Nathan." I put him in my new phone as "Urban Nathan." (Urban is the name of the bar we work at )

Anyways, I came in to work today and informed him of the name demotion. He was ,of course, crushed. He has been pretty upset about our relationship ending.

He just came up to me and gave me this.

I gave him this over 3 years ago. What had happened was that one night he made a smart ass comment to me and as a knee jerk reaction I back handed him in his man bits. I immediately felt awful as he was in a lot of pain. Later that same night, I gave him this as an apology.

He has kept this that long and whipped it out so I would change his contact listing back.

I love him.
