Also. I love all things Magical and I genuinely believe fairies exist.
A couple of years ago Mindy and I were driving somewhere and we were speculating about what kind of stuff they had there. I started it by saying that I hope they had doughnuts.
" Yes. I love doughnuts. I hope they have cookies too."
"White chocolate macademia nut cookies! Oh and pie."
"Yes! Maybe they will have blueberry pie"
"Oh, blueberry pie doesn't exist."
"Fairies don't exist."
And then I started crying because she had just killed a fairy. Mindy sat there laughing while tears ran down my face. I yelled at her (probably hit her in the arm. I say 'probably' because I am obviously not going to admit to any sort of spousal abuse on my blog) and made her take it back.
For the record, I wasn't even comfortable typing that sentence about fairies doing the opposite of existing.
p.s.Guess what came in the mail today?!

DeleteHahaha, I had a friend who was a firm believer in fairies. If people claim to see bigfoot, then why should fairies not exist? P.S. If you ever do decide to make Mindy pie again, lemonade pie is phenomenal.

DeleteI think that is reasonable. You will get two satisfactions: the taste of an unrivaled pie (that sounds werid..) and knowing that she can't have that pie. Happy baking!
