Poor, poor polar bears

I am pretty upset about the polar bears.

First, there was that horrific computer animated scene in "An Inconvenient Truth." You know, the one where they were demonstrating that due to global warming all the polar bears are going to drown.  Here is a scene from it.

Years later, I still get sad when I think about this. And it wasn't even real. I don't even like the idea of hypothetical polar bears dying.

Than today, while changing channels, I came upon some weird polar bear documentary on Animal Planet. I love polar bears, so of course I stopped to watch it. Fuck you Animal Planet. 10 minutes in one of the polar bears crawls out of the ocean, lays down, and dies. A REAL POLAR BEAR. DIED. Than they showed its poor dead body frozen into the stupid frozen tundra. I started crying. And sobbing. I had to get Mindy to give me a hug.

I am still upset about the polar bears. I blame this on Al Gore and Animal Planet.
